Assistant Account Manager

 

General Job Overview Our ideal applicant thrives on creating and implementing marketing strategies. This person will work closely with their internal teams to execute various marketing initiatives to drive results for clients. We are looking for an out-of-the-box thinker that thrives on staying organized and working towards achieving high-level results. Applicants must be located in the Central Valley or San Diego. Job Responsibilities • Coordinate with team to create and implement marketing campaigns for clients • Assist with managing clients’ social media accounts (creating content, strategy, posting) • Shoot and edit reels/TikToks • Create email marketing campaigns • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications • Communicate with clients in a timely manner and articulate client requests to the team • Developing a marketing plan based on current trends and customer demographics to increase brand awareness • Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for the company’s products or services • Monitoring competitors’ activities in order to identify their strategies for growth within their industry • Establishing long-term relationships with customers to identify and meet their needs • Coordinating minimal client events through a detailed objective calendar

 

Preferred Qualifications  • Excellent writing skills • Excellent organization skills • Excellent communication • Loves to stay on top of trends and algorithms • Experience in graphic design (Adobe, Photoshop, etc.) • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) • Experience with website maintenance (WordPress, Wix, etc.) • Self-motivated, creative, resourceful, and a problem solver • Ready to take charge, learn, adapt, and succeed • Strong work ethic • Organized • Leadership potential

Graphic Designer

General Job Overview

The Graphic Designer contributes graphic and layout design development. This individual also contributes conceptual work for product, packaging, branding, collateral and various marketing platforms. Part-time / Freelancer

Job Responsibilities

• This position is remote

• Works closely with Team Leaders and Coordinators to meet project objectives in conceptualization and development of graphics and layouts

• Versatile design abilities in branding, typography and packaging

• Creates designs with strong artistic sensibilities that satisfy a diverse array of projects

• Pitches creative concepts to Team Leaders and Creative Coordinators

• Completes all design assignments according to the needs of the clients

• Meets all deadlines while juggling multiple projects

• Solves problems proactively with patience and intelligence

• Maintains current knowledge of design trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of design and print production

• Ability to self-start and work under minimal supervision

• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks without affecting quality

• Strong typography and design skills (Adobe, Photoshop, Indesign, etc.)

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Ability to accept and apply critique and feedback

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field required

Public Relations/Social Media Intern

PREM is looking for a rockstar PR/Social Media Intern that is ready to join our team. They will get a first-hand look into the marketing world and see the power of digital marketing and creativity. We’re offering college credit for the ability to build your portfolio and resume. This internship has the ability to become a paid position based on performance. The position is part-time, we will work around your class schedule and you must have your own laptop.

Job Responsibilities 

• Assist with research and marketing strategies

• Assist with managing clients’ social media accounts (creating content, strategy, posting)

• Assist with content creation (graphics, TikToks, Reels)

• Assist with PR initiatives

• Identify social media trend opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Must have excellent writing and editing skills

• Ability to work independently and as a team

• Social Media Savvy

• Experience in graphic design/Canva a plus

• Leadership potential

• Excellent research and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Social Media Management platforms
